If you are enrolled in one of our health insurance plans, you are welcome to participate in any of our wellness programs.

Wellness Visit Incentive

New employees must complete their bio-metric screening within 60 days after their effective date of insurance to qualify for the $50 per month premium savings.

Spouses of new employees or come on our medical plan during the plan year must complete their bio-metric screening within 60 days after their spouse's effective date to qualify for the $50 per month premium savings.

Tobacco Cessation Program

Employees and their dependents enrolled in one of the City's medical plans may participate the Tobacco Cessation Program through Wellness Works. The program covers 100% of prescribed nicotine replacement therapy for up to six (6) months.
