This project is the extension of Corporate Drive from west of Huffines Boulevard to Carrollton Parkway and Carrollton Parkway from Sam Rayburn Tollway (SH 121) to Old Denton Drive (FM 2281) and will start in June 2024. The estimated length of construction is 3 ½ years. The project includes some new public utilities, street lighting,
landscaping from Railroad to through the project limits, a 12’ multipurpose trail in Lewisville and sidewalks with the new pavement.

Project Description:

The scope of work for Corporate Drive Segments 4 and 5 project includes:

• new construction of a 4-lane divided concrete roadway
• install new 12” water line from Huffines Boulevard to Holford’s Prairie Road
• install new storm drainage lines along the roadway
• build approximately 1.4 miles of 12’ multipurpose trail in Lewisville and sidewalks
• install lighting along the roadway
• install landscaping from Railroad Street to Old Denton Drive along the new roadway
