To qualify for this type of vendor, all products and items for sale must be handcrafted, hand-stitched, homemade or manufactured by applicant or applicant’s representatives. No food or beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth. All vendor fees include 110v/20 amps power. Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tables, chairs; tents can be rented for an additional fee.

Non-Profit
To qualify for this type of vendor, vendors must have and be able to present a valid, 501c(3) or 501c(6) certificate designating them as a non-profit organization, or they need to be affiliated, with proof of affiliation, with an established national non-profit organization. All vendor fees include 110v/20 amps power. Vendors are responsible for their own tent, tables, chairs; tents can be rented for an additional fee.

Food Vendor - Concessions

Food Product Exhibitor/Sampler
To qualify for this type of vendor application, vendors are NOT serving as concessionaires, but are sampling pre-packaged food items such as beef jerky, salsas, barbecue sauces, seasonings, etc. No beverages can be sold or given away at the vendor booth. Vendors shall not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages in the temporary booth per TABC regulations. All vendor fees include 110v/20 amps power. Additional power can be purchased.

Eco Alley
Eco-Alley vendors MUST BE APPROVED by the Office of Sustainability. In partnership with the Office of Sustainability, Eco Alley is an area of the event with an environmental focus, bringing a touch of Earth Day to the celebration. Eco Alley exhibitors/vendors must provide educational information, demonstrations, or presentations with an environmental theme. Promotional items and giveaways are allowed, but these should be items that support reducing waste and promote conservation of natural resources. Themes may include energy, air quality, water, solid waste/recycling, and similar topics.
