The Community Relations & Tourism Department operates in four divisions, Community Relations, Tourism, Special Events, and Arts, all working together to facilitate effective two-way communications with the people who live, work and play in Lewisville and to offer those residents and visitors quality family-friendly leisure opportunities and events.

Community Relations

Tourism

Also operating under the name Lewisville Convention and Visitors Bureau, this division works with local hotels and attractions to bring families and groups to Lewisville for overnight visits and to ensure that those visitors enjoy their time in Lewisville.

Special Events

This division manages all major citywide special events, including the popular Western Days festival, ColorPalooza, St. Paddy's Texas Style, PBR Lewisville, Holiday Stroll, and the Sounds of Lewisville summer concert series.

Arts

This division manages the city's multi-purpose arts center, the Lewisville Grand Theater in the heart of Old Town Lewisville. The facility operates year-round, bringing quality fine and performing arts to Lewisville.
