The Special Events division of Community Relations & Tourism manages all major citywide special events, including the popular Western Days festival, Holiday Stroll, Sounds of Lewisville summer concert series, ColorPalooza and St. Paddy's Texas Style. These activities are funded through a combination of Hotel-Motel Occupancy Tax (HOT) designated by the state for tourism operations, and event sponsorships or revenue.

Little Monsters on Main
- Date: October 26, 2024 6:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
- Introduction: Trick-or-treat, movie in the Plaza, hayrides
In collaboration with Old Town Business Association, the whole family can enjoy the new Little Monsters on Main event.
Enjoy trick-or-treating down Main Street at local businesses, inflatable attractions, haunted hay rides, strolling entertainment and a movie in Wayne Ferguson Plaza. Free and open to the public. The first 250 trick-or-treaters that stop by the Info Tent will receive a FREE Little Monsters on Main bag to collect candy!
6-8 p.m. - Trick-or-treat down Main St, inflatable attractions*
6:30-8:30 p.m. - Haunted Hayrides (leave from City Hall)
8-9:30 p.m. - Movie in the Plaza - Hotel Transylvania
*Trick-or-treating and inflatable attractions end at 8 p.m. when the movie begins. Main St. will reopen to traffic after the inflatable attractions load out.
All ages welcome. Inflatable attractions for ages 3 and above.
For food options, please visit one of the many restaurants in Old Town Lewisville. Dine in or carry out to enjoy while watching the movie.
Main St. and Church St. will be closed starting on 4 p.m. on Saturday. For a full street closure map and list of public parking, visit the Wayne Ferguson Plaza Street Closure and Parking page.
