Want to have a neighborhood community party? Neighborhood Services has a trailer full of chairs, tables, ice coolers, lawn games and much more available to Lewisville residents for free. This is a great way to meet your neighbors and celebrate community - this is why we call it the Rock The Block Trailer (RTBT).

1. Please check the calendar for availability
2. Read the RTBT Guidelines
3. Read the RTBT Inventory Checklist to know what items are included in the trailer
4. Complete the RTBT Reservation Request Form

Anyone reserving the trailer will need to come pick up the trailer from City Hall. Whoever will be picking up the trailer will be required to provide a copy of their driver's license and auto insurance. 

The Rock The Block Trailer is reserved on a first come-first served basis, you can check availability on our Calendar below. Once a reservation request is made through the Reservation Form below, a Staff member will follow up with residents. For questions on RTBT, please call 469.635.5258.

Also don’t forget if you are wanting to close the street for your neighborhood party, you must complete a Special Events Application, which can be found at MyGovernmentOnline. If you have any questions about the application, please call 972.219.3470.
