This hip hop cycle class combines rhythmic cycling and hip-hop music with a high-energy workout. Classes include interval training, sprints, climbs, and core exercises. Hip hop cycle will strengthen your glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, core, and hips. Bring a towel and water bottle to really make the most of your ride!
