All Levels Yoga emphasizes heightened awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, promoting relaxation of the nervous system. The class includes yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breathwork, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. All practitioners, regardless of experience, are welcome, and modifications will be provided.
