Improve your mind-body connection with this free yoga class that features gentle movement sequences, an emphasis on breathwork, and meditation. Through postures and stretches, we will work to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Adults and seniors of all levels are welcome. Yoga mats are provided; it is suggested to bring a water bottle. Led by Beth Pickett of Blue Anjou. Registration required.
