Join the Visual Art League of Lewisville for its monthly general meeting at Lewisville Grand Theater. Each month in conjunction with the general meeting, VAL produces an “Art Talk” series of known speakers and art demonstrations. This month, longtime VAL member, Darla Bostick will demonstrate how to create 3D textures on a 2D surface.
Art Talk Highlights:
- Learn the benefits of using Ampersand panels in creating a dimensional surface.
- Watch as Darla transforms a flat surface into a 3D surface.
- Apply techniques including collage, sculpting, watercolor, and mixed media
