Room Location: Computer Lab

United Way of Denton County offers free tax preparation assistance for anyone with an income up to (not over) $64,000 per year. No appointment is required. Assistance is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU:

• Social Security Card or ITIN Card / Letter for everyone on the tax return
• Photo ID with name for taxpayer and spouse, such as a driver's license, state ID, school ID, or passport
• Employment and other income-related tax documents (W2, 1099, etc.)
• Any letters or records related to stimulus payments and/or Child Tax Credit
• Any other tax-related documents or IRS letters that my be necessary to file your income tax return 
• Checkbook or bank document with routing and account numbers for direct deposit of tax refund
