From breaking down concepts to dismantling the physical, “deconstruction” can have many meanings. Members of the Visual Art League of Lewisville interpret this theme in the organization’s first juried art exhibition of the year. Visit the Art Gallery to explore Deconstructed, on view from Jan. 6 through Feb. 3. Gallery hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and during public events at The Grand.
On Sunday, January 14, the Visual Art League of Lewisville will host a conversation with the artists from 2–4 p.m. in the Art Gallery. Artists will discuss the who, what, and why behind their on display.
To reach The Grand from I-35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall.
